Because our service gives you total flexibility and freedom, you can use our online portal or app to amend your SIMS whenever you like. Just login, add, amend, increase, or decrease your plan as you need. This is perfect for everyone (consumers/businesses) that need lots of flexibility.

1. Can I keep my number?

No problem! When you design your plan, you will be given the option to select "Port In". You will then be asked to enter your current mobile number, network and the PAC code.

Once we receive your application, we will contact your network provider and arrange a migration date. Normally your number will be active on our network within 24-48 hours.

2. Do your SIMs work in any device?

Yes, as long as your mobile device is unlocked.

3. Will I get a mobile with my plan?

Currently this is a SIM only service.

4. Will I be credit checked?

Yes, we credit check all new applications for both consumers and businesses. We may pass information to Credit Reference Agencies regarding your payment performance and the services you hold with us.

5. Do you offer 4G?

Yes! You can select 4G during the application process. To check your area is enabled for 4G, click here.

6. Does your service work abroad?

When you are abroad, your device is using the local mobile networks instead of MyTariff but you can still enjoy all of MyTariff services - that's called roaming. We offer some amazing bolt-ons that allow you to save money while abroad on business or pleasure.

7. I run a business and need more than 10+ SIMs, can you help?

Of course, we can enable a corporate account which allows you to manage all of your SIMs online or using our mobile app. We also offer finance on handsets should these be required.

8. I want SIM cards for my children, but don't want the big bill. Can you restrict certain services?

We are able to place protective bars to refuse access to certain services and also able to set a limit on the calls, text and data that is used.

9. What is the contract term?

You choose the term of your contract. You can choose a 1 month plan and be able to change your tariff every month or select a longer term if you feel you don't need as much flexibility. The choice is all yours.

10. Does it cost a lot to call abroad?

No it doesn't! As part of your tariff building, you can add minutes to certain places in the world. This means that you will never get a high bill as you can stay within the limits you set yourself.
